Non-profit and faith-based organizations are the ambassadors and stewards of assisting others. Investing in energy-efficient equipment can help you further your mission by lowering energy use and keeping operational costs down—freeing up dollars that can be directed towards outreach and other important projects.

Plus, energy efficiency can help create a more comfortable environment for employees, volunteers and members of your organization, as well as reduce your environmental impact.1

The Many Benefits of Energy-Efficient Upgrades

  • Reduce energy and water costs
  • Increase employee comfort
  • Enhance light and air quality
  • Reduce maintenance and extend equipment life
  • Contribute to a more sustainable future

Earn Cash Incentives

Non-profits and faith-based organizations can take advantage of Pepco’s standard incentives for installing new, energy-efficient equipment. Cash incentives are also available to customers planning unique equipment and system upgrades and industrial process improvements. If you are planning energy-saving improvements that are not eligible for standard incentives, you may be eligible for custom incentives.

Pepco pays cash incentives for qualifying energy-efficient improvements, such as:
We also offer enhanced incentives to small businesses, and institutional customers that have a monthly demand of 60 kW or less over a twelve month period. These enhanced incentives are available to customers once the Quick Energy Check-Up provided by the program has been completed. Many of the eligible Small Business Program incentives cover up to 80% of the program-estimated installed cost.

Additional Incentive Opportunities

Additional Savings

Enhanced incentives are offered through the Small Business Program. If your building has a monthly demand of 60 kW or less over a twelve month period, you may be eligible for a Quick Energy Check-Up (QEC) and enhanced incentives. The QEC and the installation of low cost measures (up to $250) will be completed at no additional cost by a service provider of your choice.

Project Snapshot
