Cash incentives are available to assist customers in implementing a Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx) process. Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx) helps to determine energy usage, identify energy-saving opportunities, and optimize existing systems in commercial and industrial facilities.


A MBCx service provider will perform an ASHRAE Level 2 audit and continuously monitor the performance of building systems (with primary focus on HVAC and control systems) to identify and alert the customer's facility operators to cost-effective savings opportunities. Incentives will be paid after the identified measures are installed and projected energy savings have been calculated.

Small Business Programs
Customers with a monthly demand of 60 kW or less over the last 12 months

Medium/Large Business
Customers with a demand greater than 60 kW over the last 12 months

New Construction & Major Renovation Projects
Customer’s project scope is for construction of an entirely new structure or extensive alteration to the existing structure and replacement of HVAC systems and lighting
